actually,I have a sister or not?

The truth tell that I have sister but why I don't think so? I even think that there is someone in my life who always distrub and ruin my life. maybe it's better I don't have a sister than I have but I'm not happy have that.I want have a sister but not like this. but I always hoping she will be my sister like in my mind.
